Touring flood damages with Jamestown Mayor Shoedinger and Sen. Udall
It’s been a true honor to serve as your Boulder County Commissioner these past few years – and I would welcome the opportunity to continue to work for you one more term.
Together we have achieved much in the last three years, including responding to the devastating September 2013 flood disaster, strengthening the safety net for those still recovering from the economic recession, and safeguarding more of our world-class open space, to name just a few accomplishments.
But there’s still so much to be done, from climate change mitigation to affordable housing to better transportation choices. I’m eager to work with you to tackle these challenges and ensure that Boulder County stays a wonderful place to live, work and play.

Great to have our annual dinner with the Longmont City Council and discuss the many successful partnerships we have together!
“If we step out of our individual daily commute and look at what’s good for the region, maximizing mobility is the name of the game,” Jones said. “The more people who can travel along that corridor with minimal congestion, the better. While I think the switch to HOV 3 is a challenge, it’s also an opportunity.” http://www.denverpost.com/2016/11/28/hov-3-express-lanes/
